Give me a break. It appears now to be illegal to carpool in Ontario to school, to the hospital, to the airport, and probably to the vets, to the grocery store and to Tae Kwon Do classes. It is illegal to carpool across city limits. NAFTA's cool, but free trade stops at the city limits! Let's show our support for freedom to be responsible (Doesn't it seem strange that anyone would need to write such a call to action?)
